Within the context of maximizing the performance of our Human Resources Department, and in collaboration with IATA Training and Development Institute, and under the auspices of the IATF (IATA Airlines Training Fund), the Human Resources Department would be benefiting from a training program “IATA People Management and Development for Airlines (PMDA)”

PMDA is ideal for airlines who believe that their employees are capital and thus are determined to implement process-based welfare and human resources performances.

Indeed, the PMDA can help to strengthen our airline’s strategic HR processes, given that we put human resources at the heart of business strategy and we focus on strengthening training and development and promote effective internal communication, all in a bid to boost performance.

PMDA is based on best practices of the aerospace industry that focus on HR.

The training comprises two dynamic workshops of 5 days each, during which participants carry out a GAP Analysis in relation to good practice and the feedback of the GAP Analysis, guides the PMDA Training and implementation. Then they work on an action plan to correct the missing aspects, focusing on priority processes for the company.
